Based on long-term factors, including demographics and income growth, the average annual increase in national home prices is likely to be around four per cent in the coming decade, so the recent high single- digit and low double-digit gains cannot persist indefinitely. It could be something like a march against a GST increase or even a protest against another war, but people are going to be boisterous about it ... Something very good is going to come out of it for Canadians, I see them cheering June 10th or 11th with a national address on TV.
